Terms of use

By creating an account or using Agria, you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our marketplace rules. You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for your account, the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your identity. Promptly contact contact@agria.ca if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer an account, impersonate someone or bypass a suspension.

• Your listings must be accurate, lawful, current and placed in the correct category.
• You must have the right to sell, rent, offer or seek anything advertised.
• You are responsible for verification, agreements, payments, taxes, permits and delivery.
• Agria is not the seller, buyer, agent or guarantor of a transaction.

You retain rights to content you post and grant Agria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt to the service format and display it to operate and promote Agria. You confirm that you hold the required rights.

You may not post illegal, deceptive, hateful, threatening or counterfeit content, infringe privacy or third-party rights, or use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, data harvesting or technical attacks.

Agria may review, limit, remove or refuse content, restrict an account and preserve evidence when required by a rule, law or service security. We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature. We aim to provide a reliable service without guaranteeing continuous availability or freedom from errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Agria is provided “as is.” Agria does not guarantee identity, quality, legality of goods or completion of a transaction. Agria is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to a transaction, a user or service unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be waived.

You may stop using Agria at any time. Provisions that must survive by their nature remain in effect. We may change these terms and will state the new version date; additional notice will be provided when required.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Québec, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions: contact@agria.ca.
