Account, sign-in and profile
Create your account with an email address you can access. Agria will then send you a confirmation link.
First make sure you are using the correct address and that the account was confirmed. If needed, request a new password; the recovery message may be in your junk mail folder.
Once signed in, open My account to update your contact information, region, photo and preferences. Only information identified as public is shown to other users.
Post, search, reserve and sell
Choose the right listing type, a precise category and a descriptive title. Add the price, location and all useful details before reviewing the preview.
Use recent, clear photos that accurately show the item. Avoid screenshots containing personal contact details. Agria verifies the actual image format and may reject an invalid or dangerous file.
Your listings are available in My account. Open the listing you want to manage to correct its information. Remove it when it is no longer available so it stops appearing in results.
Use location and radius in the filters. On a cooperative site, Agria may automatically suggest the region and radius configured by that cooperative; you can then adjust the available filters.
A reservation temporarily tells other buyers that a transaction is in progress. Once the exchange is complete, the seller should mark the listing as sold. Agria helps people connect, but does not receive payment or guarantee the transaction.
Communicate and revisit listings
Open the listing and use the contact button. Keep early conversations in Agria messages so the context is preserved and problematic behaviour can be reported.
The heart saves a listing to your favourites so you can find it later. Reviews let you share a genuine, respectful experience after an exchange; they must not contain personal information.
Prevent fraud and report a problem
Inspect the item and its documents before paying, be wary of unrealistic prices and urgent requests, and never send a password or verification code. Choose a safe place and a payment method you understand.
Use the reporting option on the listing, profile or message involved and choose the most accurate reason. You can also block a user to prevent new conversations. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Administration, region and in-store kiosk
Authorized administrators use My cooperative to manage settings, members and the listings visible on their site. These tools only appear for accounts with the appropriate role.
Each cooperative site uses its configured location and radius to show relevant listings. A cooperative can moderate what appears locally without exposing private content or changing another cooperative’s data.
The kiosk module will show a slideshow of regional listings with a QR code for each listing at the cooperative site address followed by /kiosk. The URL and setup instructions will be available in settings when the module is activated.
